Tasty recipe, but I ended up overcooking the turkey breast. Cover, and cook on High for 1 hour, then set to Low, and cook for 7 hours. Not only does this add aromatics to the protein, but the juices from the turkey simmer with these ingredients to make a flavorful gravy.
